Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Check AML API. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Check AML API provides anti-money laundering verification services via REST API. Our service is designed to assist with customer due diligence and AML compliance processes. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance decisions and regulatory obligations.

Account and API Key

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to:

• Protect your API keys from unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract data from our API
• Exceed agreed-upon rate limits or usage quotas
• Use the service to provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHECK AML API SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all of your compliance requirements. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of the results for your use case.

Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Charges will be billed according to your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
